III. Selection Notes

  1. Based on Outer Diameter: The hose clamp is selected according to the outer diameter of the pipe, not the inner diameter.

  2. Leave Adjustment Margin: The pipe diameter should preferably fall in themiddle section of the hose clamp's adjustable range for more stable locking.

  3. Band Width Matching: Use 6–8mm band width for small-diameter pipes and 10–12mm band width for large-diameter pipes to ensure even pressure distribution.

  4. Material Selection: Choose201 stainless steel for general scenarios; select 304/316 stainless steel for high-pressure or corrosive environments to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
