The most fatal hidden danger in the pipeline connection of construction machinery is leakage — hydraulic pipeline leakage leads to insufficient equipment power and inability to operate; cooling pipeline leakage causes engine overheating and damage to core components; fuel pipeline leakage not only wastes fuel but also may cause safety accidents such as fires; leakage of pipelines in chemical engineering equipment may also cause environmental pollution and face compliance risks. When ordinary hose clamps are used in construction machinery, either the fastening force is uneven, leading to pipeline deformation and gaps due to excessive local force; or the anti-loose performance is poor, which is easy to loosen after long-term bearing of equipment vibration, resulting in high leakage rate; or the material has poor corrosion resistance, which ages rapidly in the muddy and oily environment of the construction site, and the sealing performance drops sharply, bringing great safety hazards and economic losses to engineering construction.

At the same time, a 1-2mm thick nitrile rubber gasket is added inside the steel strip, which can absorb the small deformation of the pipeline caused by temperature fluctuation and fluid pressure, with a vibration reduction rate ≥40%, compensate for the displacement within 2mm, and avoid new gaps between the pipeline and the hose clamp, completely solving the pain point of traditional connectors that "sealing is not durable and easy to fail due to deformation".
