A single clamp has a small shrinkage range and uniform fastening performance. It is suitable for thick-walled rubber hoses, canvas rubber hoses, filament rubber hoses, etc., with specifications covering 11-120mm. After installation, it can closely fit the pipe surface, avoid leakage caused by uneven local stress, and is often used for pipeline connections requiring high fastening uniformity.
5. European-Style Grooved Stainless Steel Strong Hose Clamp
Developed on the basis of European-style strong hose clamps, it is specially adapted for corrugated pipes, with high torque and better sealing performance. It is mainly used for low-pressure corrugated rubber hoses, nitrile rubber oil pipes, canvas low-pressure black rubber hoses, tank truck drainage corrugated rubber hoses, etc., with specifications of 83-185mm. It can accurately fit the structural characteristics of corrugated pipes, prevent leakage at corrugations, and is suitable for corrugated pipe connections under low-pressure working conditions.
6. Crank-Type Strong Hose Clamp
Based on the European-style strong hose clamp, a crank is added for more convenient operation. The tightness can be adjusted without additional tools, which is a quickly detachable strong hose clamp. The width of the steel strip is the same as that of the European-style clamp, and the material is mainly galvanized iron, with a small shrinkage range. It is mainly used in scenarios such as farmland irrigation and frequently disassembled pipelines, which can greatly improve the efficiency of pipeline disassembly and assembly, and is suitable for outdoor temporary pipelines or pipelines that need regular maintenance.
7. Grooved Strong Hose Clamp (Copyring Clamp)
The structure is a grooved connection design, with strong pressure resistance and outstanding seismic performance. It allows slight axial offset and angular deviation of the pipeline, avoiding pipeline cracking caused by vibration and thermal expansion and contraction. The material is mostly stainless steel (304, 316), suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines. It is mainly used for high-rise building fire pipelines, chemical plant acid-base solution transportation pipelines, municipal sewage treatment plant aeration pipelines, etc. Installation does not require welding, construction efficiency is high, and it meets the safety requirements of industrial high-pressure pipelines.
8. Spring-Type Strong Hose Clamp
It is made of spring steel sheet into an annular ring, and the pre-tightening force is adjusted by bolts. Its core feature is that it can automatically adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the hose, maintain continuous fastening force, and avoid loosening or leakage caused by temperature changes. It is divided into standard spring clamp and heavy-duty spring clamp. Some models have built-in Belleville springs, which can automatically adjust the fastening force. It is suitable for scenarios with large temperature differences such as engine EGR cooling system and high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines, and can maintain stable clamping force within the temperature difference range of -40℃ to 120℃.
II. Classification by Material (Suitable for Different Corrosive Environments)
1. Stainless Steel Strong Hose Clamp
The core material is 304 or 316 stainless steel. Among them, 304 material has good corrosion resistance and high cost performance, suitable for indoor and ordinary industrial environments; 316 material, due to the addition of molybdenum, has stronger corrosion resistance to seawater, acid and alkali, salt spray, belonging to marine-grade and chemical-grade materials, suitable for strong corrosive scenarios such as coastal equipment, ships and chemical workshops. Common types include stainless steel American-style strong hose clamps and stainless steel European-style grooved clamps, with long service life and no easy rusting.
2. Galvanized Iron Strong Hose Clamp
The material is carbon steel with galvanized surface, which has basic rust resistance, low cost and sufficient torque, suitable for ordinary industrial and civil scenarios without strong corrosion. Common types include galvanized iron European-style strong hose clamps and galvanized iron crank-type clamps. It is not suitable for strong corrosive environments such as coastal areas and chemical industry, and is easy to rust when used outdoors for a long time.
3. Alloy Strong Hose Clamp
