Although small and simple in structure, the hose clamp is a key component for pipeline sealing and equipment safety. From a coil of steel strip to a durable, tight, rust-resistant finished hose clamp, it must go through 12 strict production processes. Without any one of them, it cannot be called high-quality.
01 Raw Material Selection
We adopt national standard 304/316 stainless steel strips and high-quality cold-rolled steel strips. Each coil is inspected for thickness, hardness, ductility and anti-corrosion performance to eliminate hidden dangers of brittleness and rust from the source, ensuring basic quality.
02 Steel Strip Slitting
The steel coil is precisely cut according to different width requirements of hose clamps. The cut is smooth without burrs and with minimal dimensional deviation, laying a stable foundation for subsequent forming.
03 Stamping Forming
Using high-speed precision stamping equipment, the hose clamp band, through holes and limit structures are stamped in one go. This ensures standard radian, accurate hole positions and uniform stress without deformation.
04 Rolling & Edge Trimming
The stamped steel strip is rolled to remove sharp edges and burrs, preventing damage to hoses during use while improving overall strength and toughness.
05 Screw Cold Heading
Hose clamp screws are formed by multi-station cold heading. The metal structure is denser and stronger, not easy to break or deform, ensuring no thread slipping during long-term use.
06 Thread Rolling
High-precision threads are processed by fully automatic thread rolling machines. The threads are uniform, smoothly engaged, ensuring easy tightening, strong locking and no skipping.
07 Buckle Stamping
According to American, German, British and other types, corresponding buckles and lugs are stamped to ensure precise matching with the band and screws, without disengagement or loosening.
08 Welding Reinforcement
Key connecting parts are processed by precision spot welding. The welding spots are firm and uniform, with no virtual welding or burn-through, remaining stable under high-frequency vibration and high-pressure conditions.
09 Surface Treatment
Stainless steel hose clamps are electrolytically polished for better luster and corrosion resistance. Carbon steel clamps are galvanized or electrophoretically coated to enhance rust resistance for humid and outdoor environments.
10 Automatic Assembly
The entire assembly of band, screw and buckle is completed by an automatic assembly line, with accurate positioning and consistent tightness, avoiding errors caused by manual assembly.
11 Full Inspection
Dimensional inspection, locking force test, salt spray test, repeated tightening life test and go/no-go gauge inspection are carried out. Unqualified products are strictly eliminated.
12 Sorting & Packaging
Products are sorted by specification, packaged in fixed quantities with moisture-proof and dust-proof materials to avoid collision and rust during transportation, then stored and delivered.
A high-quality hose clamp
depends not on appearance, but on details;
not on low cost, but on processes.
12 meticulous craftsmanship
to secure every connection and guard every safety.
